and profitability Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for communicating and delivering technical solutions Experience collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams
including product
engineering
and sales

Responsibilities:
This team drives product growth by focusing on customer adoption and utilization of Newton's AI solutions The role aims to increase customer engagement
showcase the platform's value
and incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap As an early team member
you will have the opportunity to shape our product and establish yourself as a leader in AI and advertising analytics Identify opportunities to integrate platform usage into user workflows by guiding customers toward high-value use cases Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their evolving needs and provide guidance on leveraging Newton’s solutions effectively
acting as a communication bridge between customers and the internal AI team Monitor customer engagement through various platform utilization metrics Gather insights from customer interactions and translate them into actionable feedback for the product and AI teams
