we want you on our team Manage and maintain the organization's database systems to ensure their reliability and security Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise Develop and implement data backup and recovery plans to prevent data loss Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement database improvements and enhancements Perform regular data maintenance tasks
such as data cleansing and data integrity checks Ensure data privacy and compliance with data protection regulations Create and maintain documentation for database systems
including data dictionaries and standard operating procedures Train and assist other team members on database usage and best practices Stay updated on emerging database technologies and recommend advancements or changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide support and solutions Ensure database controls and security measures are in place to protect sensitive data Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for database systems Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency Adhere to data governance policies and procedures Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner Continuously monitor and optimize database performance Participate in database design and architecture discussions Provide technical support to users and assist with data-related inquiries Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all data
