Qualifications:
5+ years experience as a MySQL DBA
preferably within the music or entertainment industry Strong knowledge of SQL
including SQL tuning
DB performance tuning and optimization techniques Solid understanding of DB development concepts
including data modeling
schema design and dimensional modeling Proficient in Bash scripting or Python A big plus is knowledge of Redshift
ETL
AWS
DMS
Redis and Terraform Strong problem-solving skills
with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and implement effective solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills
with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

developing and maintaining our DB's infrastructure while ensuring the availability
scalability and performance of our DBs and data flows This role will work closely with data analysts

data engineers
software developers
security
devops and system operations peers Collaborate with various teams to design
develop and maintain scalable and reliable database solutions Maintain healthy database environments while keeping up with the latest technologies Monitor and optimize the performance of database systems
ensuring high availability and responsiveness Implement and enforce data security measures and best practices in compliance with industry standards and company policies Stay up-to-date with the latest database trends
technologies and methodologies
and contribute to continuously improving the company's data infrastructure and practices
