Qualifications:
Basic automation skills
such as Ansible
Python
terraform for IAC are great to have Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline Requires at least 3 plus years of experience with implementations
upgrades
conversions
and consolidation projects with Oracle databases Solid knowledge of Oracle 19c and technical database concepts
including tuning databases
migrations
and backup/recovery techniques General understanding of automation tools
such as Ansible
Python
terraform for IAC Knowledge and experience in AWS Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship

Responsibilities:
The team is responsible for analyzing
developing
and maintaining OLTP Oracle 19c backend databases in support of the various business applications for The Hartford In this role
this individual will partner with the Application team to create and maintain database designs for business and enterprise projects in accordance with The Hartford's best practices and published standards This individual will collaborate with the Cloud organization to facilitate database migrations from the on-prem system to the Cloud This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement located in Hartford
CT Candidates will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week
