Responsibilities:
This role provides both pre- and post-sales consultation
design
and implementation support and oversight Our Cybersecurity Solution Architects have diverse backgrounds and typically include a combination of experience in: Engineering
technical aptitude across several technologies
and are skilled at developing a broad and deep understanding of our customer's requirements This position will mentor other engineers and assist with creating bill of materials
statements of work
and technical proposal components Clearly communicates technical information to customers including technical and non-technical staff Works with Solutions Architects to create and evaluate system designs Collaborates with customers on solution designs and deployments Maintains Expert Level Certifications in their technical areas of focus Engages and assists Solutions Engineers with key strategic accounts Provides both the pre-sales designs and mentor post-sales implementations with engineering peers Develops deployment standards for CompuNet's diverse Customer base and verticals Ensures deployment standards and best practices are reflected in Statements of Work
