NVIDIA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Director specializing in Zero Trust and Identity & Access Management

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
Information Technology
Cybersecurity
or a related field or equivalent experience 10 or more years of experience in cybersecurity
with a focus on Identity & Access Management 4+ years of leadership experience Demonstrated ability in implementing and leading IAM solutions in a large
complex organization In-depth understanding of Zero Trust principles and how they apply to IAM Strong leadership and team management skills Strong social skills and ability to collaborate effectively Experience with IAM technologies such as Microsoft
SailPoint
or similar Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards

Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement the strategic vision for IAM within the organization
aligning it with our Zero Trust architecture Collaborate and work closely with senior leaders to promote IAM initiatives and encourage the adoption of effective practices Implementation & Operations: Lead the design
deployment
and management of IAM solutions Responsible for the day-to-day operations of IAM systems
ensuring their reliability
scalability
and security Run IAM-related projects from conception through implementation and post-implementation review Integration & Simplification: Drive the integration of IAM capabilities with existing enterprise security controls Simplify IAM processes to enhance user experience and compliance without compromising security Collaborate with IT and multi-functional teams to ensure seamless IAM integration across various platforms and applications Governance & Compliance: Ensure that IAM practices align with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies Develop and implement IAM policies

and procedures Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate IAM risks Develop and lead an IAM team that demonstrates strong work behaviors
