Qualifications:
Detecting malicious use of Power Shell scripting XSOAR platforms experience Writing analytics to detect malicious activity in the cloud Team player with a collaborative mindset Combination of engineering/development and SOC/SOAR expertise Security detection
investigations
log analysis
managing platforms with Splunk
VMWare
Crowd Strike
and other cyber tools Willingness to do on-call rotations every 8 weeks 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering
detection engineering
incident response
or similar roles
with proven problem-solving skills in high-stakes environments Significant experience with Python for automation
orchestration
and capability development Hands-on experience deploying and configuring security platforms such as SIEM
SOAR
EDR
NGFW
and network monitoring tools Experience integrating cyber defense tools via APIs for process automation Experience building and deploying threat defense analytics using detection engineering pipelines Experience with Red Teaming
