Responsibilities:
You will be part of a program that oversees development
integration
delivery
and operations and maintenance of IT managed security services
which encompasses support to monitor the cybersecurity threat and security posture situational awareness for the enterprise Assist in the maintenance
troubleshooting
and support of our organization's network infrastructure Apply eagerness to develop networking skills while working with routers
switches
firewalls
wireless networks
and cloud-based services Assist in the installation
configuration
and maintenance of network devices
including routers
switches
firewalls
and wireless access points Provide first-level troubleshooting for network connectivity issues
escalating complex problems as needed Support VPN
VoIP
and remote access solutions for employees and remote offices Monitor network performance
bandwidth usage
and system alerts
assisting with issue resolution Help maintain firewall rules
access controls
and network security settings Apply software updates
patches
and configurations to ensure compliance with security policies Assist with basic security monitoring
