Responsibilities:
Manage IT Server Rooms
keep physical server room space organized and safe; perform monthly system patches outside of the normal business hours Respond to user requests for IT support promptly Ensure network and computer infrastructure remain available during production hours Improve data backup solutions
perform regular data backup Identify root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies Prepare reports and documentation Install hardware and software as requested Monitor security logs for violations and anomalous events; report information security concerns and problems when necessary Continuously maintain a thorough understanding of all configurations
