and has a strong understanding of system administration
with additional capabilities in light software development and testing Strong written and oral communication skills Knowledge of operating systems
networking
system administration and hardware Between 3 and 10 years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description Mid-level expertise in system administration with 3-5 years of experience Strong understanding of network components
i.e.
routers
switches
firewall Proficiency in Windows and Linux platforms Understanding of cyber-security principles and practices with DOD guidelines Experience with PKI certificates
and SSL Web Server and Client certificates Familiarity with system patching and updating procedures Light software development and testing skills
preferably with Cypress and Jest
1-2 years of experience Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs
