Kavaliro is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to support the United States Indo-Pacific Command

Qualifications:
Masters degree in Computer Science
Information Technology
or related field

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining
supporting
and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure operations This role requires a strong background in systems administration
with a focus on security best practices Manage and maintain servers
networks
and associated hardware and software
with a focus on LAN/WAN support Ensure system security and integrity by implementing and monitoring security protocols
including CAC authentication Perform regular system updates
backups
and recovery procedures Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization Assist in the design and implementation of IT projects and solutions Collaborate with team members and other departments to support operational needs Document system configurations
processes
and procedures Provide user support and training as needed Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology Travel as required to support operations at various sites within the Indo-Pacific region Extensive travel will be required to support operations at various sites within the Indo-Pacific region May require occasional after-hours or weekend work
