Responsibilities:
This role entails responsibilities of managing our diverse server infrastructure
networking
VMWare
and other critical business technology solutions As an integral member of the team
you will collaborate closely with the CTO
Engineering team
Data team
and other system administrators to identify requirements
build
robust internal hardware solutions
and help manage and drive IT and cybersecurity policy Additional responsibility includes routing and prioritizing support tickets
ensuring efficient issue resolution
