Qualifications:
Bachelor's or advanced degree with 8+ years experience
or PhD with 5+ years experience in developing
evaluating
and deploying ML models in production Deep expertise in machine learning
statistical modeling
and data analysis techniques Proven track record of developing and deploying ML models in production environments Strong programming skills in languages such as Python
Java
or C++
and experience with ML frameworks like scikit-learn
SparkML
TensorFlow
PyTorch
or similar Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges Strong communication and collaboration skills
with the ability to influence and encourage multi-functional teams Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers
