Responsibilities:
Firewall Lifecycle Management: Support ongoing activities related to firewall lifecycle management Contribute and follow design specifications and instructions for tasks such as installing
configuring
decommissioning devices
and migrating application traffic behind firewalls GlobalProtect VPN: Understands remote access VPN technology and can support GlobalProtect VPN related efforts such as deploying new portal/gateways and troubleshooting machine certificate chain/authentication flows etc Patching and Upgrading: Support in mitigating network security vulnerabilities and upgrading of firewall software leverage automated solutions Develop proficiency in these processes Incident Response and Vulnerability Management: Understands the network environment to effectively respond to incident response and escalation
while providing value to our customers Monitoring and Troubleshooting: leverage tools such as Solarwinds
