Data Scientist, Growth

Lovable

Location: London

TL;DR — The first data scientist in our new London growth team. You own the growth funnel end to end, from acquisition to activation to retention to expansion, find the levers, and work directly with growth engineering to ship experiments into the product. Not decision support: you drive the numbers.

Why Lovable?

Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we’re just getting started.

We’re building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

Lovable is one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software.

What we're looking for

  • A growth-minded data scientist who owns funnel outcomes: you find the lever, run the experiment, and drive the metric, working shoulder to shoulder with growth engineers.

  • Deep instinct for acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion, and what actually moves them.

  • Strong SQL, Python, applied statistics, and heavy experimentation (A/B and growth tests) in a fast-moving environment.

  • You build the systems and agents that surface growth opportunities proactively, not one-off analyses.

  • Comfortable shipping fast with directional reads, and knowing when rigor matters.

  • Entrepreneurial and autonomous. Excited to be first in seat and shape how growth data works at Lovable.

What you'll do

  • Own the growth funnel metrics end to end and drive measurable improvement across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.

  • Find the highest-leverage opportunities in the funnel and turn them into experiments that ship, working directly with growth engineering.

  • Design, run, and read growth experiments, and act on them.

  • Build the instrumentation, metrics, and agents the growth team runs on.

  • Help shape the growth data function as its first data scientist.

Our tech stack

We're building with tools that both humans and AI love:

  • Languages: SQL and Python

  • Warehouse & events: BigQuery, PubSub

  • Analytics & product: Hex, Lovable Apps

  • Experimentation: A/B and growth testing

  • Cloud: GCP

And always on the lookout for what's next.

How we hire

  1. Fill in a short form and jump on an intro call with our recruiting team

  2. A call with the hiring manager

  3. A take-home case study

  4. A Most Impressive Project session

  5. Cross-functional interviews with the people you'd work with

  6. A final conversation with leadership

About your application

Please submit your application in English. It's our company language, so you'll be speaking lots of it if you join.

We treat all candidates equally. If you're interested, please apply through our careers portal.

Brand Designer, AI & Ops

Lovable

Location: London

TL;DR - We're looking for a world-class brand designer who treats generative AI and custom tooling as a primary production method for brand work. You'll direct AI output at volume, both across Lovable’s brand and creative and Lovable’s output itself. You’ll be working closely with a Brand Engineer to ensure whatever workflow you wish for can scale. This is a new role with no precedent - you’ll be defining a lot of it as you go.

  • Strong design taste - you can tell good from generic, and you can articulate why

  • Real fluency with AI generation tools (image, video, whatever's next) as a craft, not a party trick - you already have opinions about which models and workflows produce better output and why

  • Experience creating scalable brand systems, templates, tools, and guidelines that enable teams to execute independently - except here the "team" increasingly includes the AI pipeline itself

  • A portfolio of shipped brand assets - campaign visuals, social graphics, presentation decks, event materials, marketing collateral - plus evidence of AI-native production, not just AI-assisted

  • Comfortable with ambiguity - this function doesn't have a template at Lovable or anywhere else yet

  • Technical range - prompt engineering counts, scripting, automation and building custom tools is even better. We're not asking you to be an engineer, but the more range you have the faster the seam between you and the Brand Engineer disappears.

What you'll do

In one sentence: Shape how the world sees and experiences Lovable, using AI as the primary means of production.

  • Evolve Lovable's visual identity across all brand touchpoints

  • Build and maintain the visual system as something machines can execute against: style references, fine-tunes/LoRAs, prompt libraries, not just a static guidelines deck

  • Direct and review AI-generated output at volume across campaigns, social, events, and partnerships - you're the judgment layer, not the hands

  • Establish brand guidelines and systems that ensure consistency as we scale rapidly, in an AI-native production model

  • Work closely with a Brand Engineer who builds the tooling that lets you do this at scale - you define what the tools need to produce, they build the systems to scale and maintain them

  • Be scrappy and hands-on with whatever the brand needs - from a LinkedIn carousel to event signage, hand-made when hand-making is the point

  • Help set the bar for creative quality and taste at Lovable

How we hire

  1. Fill in a short form then jump on an initial exploratory call.

  2. We'll send you a quick take-home asking to present your best work over a loom video presentation.

  3. Join us for a round of interviews to discuss your experience in more depth

  4. Join us for trial work lasting 1-2 days remote or on-site. We'll see how you tick and you get to meet the team and explore whether joining Lovable feels right for you.

Sales Talent Pool

Checkatrade

Location: Moorgate London

Fancy a career in sales at Checkatrade? Let's talk before the role even exists.

We're always looking for great salespeople, and we don't want to wait for a live vacancy to start the conversation. Checkatrade is on a mission to be the trusted foundation of every home, and our sales team is the engine behind it — turning conversations into confidence, and confidence into growth, for tradespeople and homeowners across the UK. Whether you're closing your first deal or leading a team that closes thousands, if you've got the drive and the people skills, we want you in our sights before we've even posted the ad.

Forget long lists, here's what you'll actually spend your time on:

  • Real conversations, not scripts — you'll be trusted to read the room and sell the way that gets results, not the way that ticks a box.

  • Targets that mean something — every deal you close helps a trade grow their business or a homeowner find someone they can trust.

  • A pipeline you own — from first outreach to long-term account growth, you'll see the impact of your work end to end.

  • A team that moves fast and backs each other — no faff, just people who look out for one another and want to see everyone succeed.

Wherever you are in your sales career, we want to hear from you if you bring:

  • A track record of hitting (or exceeding) targets — whatever stage of your career that's been at.

  • The knack for building relationships that last, from a cold first call to a long-term account.

  • A consultative streak — you listen first, then sell the solution that actually fits.

  • Steadiness and follow-through when a deal falls through — you learn from it and keep going.

  • Bonus points for experience selling SaaS, marketplace, or subscription products, but it's not a dealbreaker.

Why join our sales talent community:

  • You'll be first in line the moment a role at your level opens up — SDR through to sales leadership.

  • Uncapped commission and a culture that genuinely celebrates the wins, together.

  • A front-row seat as we build the platform that's changing how the UK finds a trade it can trust.

We believe great work deserves great rewards. Here's just a taste:

  • Competitive salary + annual bonus or commission (role dependent)

  • Employee Share Programme

  • Health, well-being and learning support

  • Gym membership, Smart Tech Scheme and Cycle Scheme

  • Birthday/Special day leave

  • Buy & sell holiday scheme

  • 1 week's paid charity leave and much more!

If this sounds like your kind of sales team, register your interest and we'll come to you the moment there's a great fit.

Please note: this advert isn't attached to a live vacancy. Registering doesn't guarantee a response, but it means we'll have you front of mind the second the right sales role opens up.

Want to join our Talent Community and be one of the first to know about our vacancies? Register your interest on our Registration Form: https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/checkatrade/form/register-interest

About us

We’re Checkatrade – the UK’s leading platform for finding a tradesperson. With more than 50,000 trades listed and over 6 million reviews, we help homeowners get jobs done right and help tradespeople grow their business.

We’re growing fast, with big plans to become the go-to brand for home improvements. If you care about great work, take pride in the details, and want to make an impact, you’ll fit right in.

Marketing Manager, Europe

Andela

Location: United Kingdom

About Andela:

At Andela, we know brilliance is evenly distributed around the world, but opportunity is not. For over 12 years, Andela has connected its customers with top global, remote technical talent from over 135 countries with the majority residing in emerging markets like Africa and Latin America.

As one of the world’s largest talent marketplaces, Andela gives companies greater flexibility to quickly deploy qualified technologists. With talent highly skilled in advanced technologies to support Application Development, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud & DevOps, Data Engineering, and much more, customers experience 33% faster project delivery. The company’s exclusive AI-powered platform, Andela Talent Cloud, is the industry’s only unified platform managing the complete global talent lifecycle and enables customers to fill individual roles or engage fully managed teams up to 66% faster.

Andela is on the precipice of two breakout industry transformations: one in staffing/hiring and the other in software development, both accelerated by generative AI.

Are you exceptional and hungry to work in a scaling business through transformation and growth? Join us and change the world.

Job Summary

As the Marketing Manager, Europe, you will be responsible for designing and executing the programs that build pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate revenue across the region. You will own end-to-end regional marketing strategy with a heavy emphasis on field events, account-based marketing (ABM), and pipeline generating campaigns that directly support the European sales team.

You will operate as a collaborative partner to specialized marketers across Andela's global team — including growth, content, design, PR, and client marketing— bringing their capabilities to bear in the European market context. This role reports into the Senior Director of Marketing GTM Strategy and is based in the UK within a commutable distance to London.

Exceptional Leadership

As an Andelan, you'll serve as a role model for the rest of the company — you do not need to manage people to be a leader at Andela! Think about the feedback your peers typically give you — if it usually sounds like the below, we want to hear from you.

  • Low ego, low drama: You share credit, take blame. You like being wrong because it means someone else had an even better idea.

  • Onedela mentality: You break silos across teams. You put the company and mission first above your team alone.

  • Great listener, hungry for feedback: You’re always seeking to improve – our product, our business, yourself. You solicit diverse opinions and deeply listen.

  • Owner, not renter: You see a problem, you fix it or find someone who will. The buck stops with you.

  • Cultivator: You enrich, you push, you make others grow. It comes from the heart, because you care.

    Key Responsibilities

Regional Event Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of European field events — including owned events, sponsored industry conferences, roundtables, and executive dinners — aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Build and maintain a European events calendar, managing logistics, vendor relationships, budget, and post-event follow-up to ensure measurable ROI.

  • Partner with the sales team to ensure event audiences reflect target account lists, and that every event ties to a clear pipeline outcome.

  • Track and report on event performance including attendee quality, influenced pipeline, and cost-per-opportunity.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Partner with the Growth Marketing team to design and execute ABM programs targeting high-priority European accounts in collaboration with sales leadership.

  • Use account intelligence to both inform campaigns and support the regional sellers.

  • Measure ABM effectiveness at the account level, reporting on account engagement, pipeline created, and influenced revenue.

Pipeline Generation & Demand Generation

  • Own regional pipeline contribution targets, developing programs that generate qualified opportunities for the European sales team.

  • Build and execute integrated campaigns — across email, paid, content, and events — that move target accounts through the funnel.

  • Partner with the global Growth Marketing team to localize and adapt global campaigns for the European market, including messaging, channels, and timing.

  • Maintain a consistent drumbeat of regional campaigns, adapting quickly based on performance data and sales feedback.

Sales & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as the primary marketing partner to the European sales team, building a close working relationship with sales leadership to align on pipeline goals, target accounts, and priorities.

  • Collaborate with content, digital, and brand teams to pull global resources into regional execution — you are a multiplier, not a solo function.

  • Provide European market insights, competitive intelligence, and buyer feedback to inform global marketing strategy and messaging.

  • Work with the Revenue Operations team to develop regionally relevant sales enablement materials and outreach.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on regional marketing performance against brand awareness, pipeline, engagement.

  • Continuously test and iterate on program approaches, applying data-driven insights to improve outcomes over time.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in field marketing, events, or demand generation roles, ideally within a high-growth technology company.

  • Demonstrated experience running field events end-to-end — from strategy and planning through to execution and post-event reporting.

  • Hands-on experience building and executing ABM programs, including target account selection, campaign orchestration, and measurement.

  • Experience working closely with sales teams and an understanding of how marketing contributes to the revenue funnel.

  • Prior experience in the European market.

  • Experience working across time zones as part of a global team.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, draw actionable insights, and present results clearly to stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.

Location

  • While Andela is a fully remote organization, this role should be based in the United Kingdom within a commutable distance to London to accommodate regular team in-person working sessions.

  • Some travel across Europe required for events and meetings.

Andela is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Andela is on the precipice of two breakout industry transformations: one in staffing/hiring and the other in software development, both accelerated by generative AI.

Are you exceptional and hungry to work in a scaling business through transformation and growth? Join us and change the world.

About the Role

Sales Development at Andela is more than booking meetings—it's the launchpad for a career in enterprise technology sales. You'll own a territory, build relationships with some of the world's most recognizable companies, and help organizations transform how they build software and AI teams.

From day one, you'll partner closely with experienced Account Executives, own strategic outbound campaigns, and develop the skills to navigate complex enterprise buying committees. You'll be trusted to create pipeline, influence revenue, and become an expert in one of the fastest-growing spaces in technology: AI-powered global talent solutions.

If you're highly competitive, intellectually curious, and motivated by winning, this role offers an accelerated path into enterprise sales.

What You'll Do

You'll play a direct role in Andela's growth by:

  • Own outbound prospecting across a defined territory or strategic account list, creating new pipeline through thoughtful, multi-channel outreach.

  • Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop account strategies, identify buying signals, and engage multiple stakeholders throughout the buying journey.

  • Build relationships with senior decision makers across Engineering, Technology, Product, HR, and Procurement organizations.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities through discovery conversations that uncover meaningful business challenges.

  • Support enterprise sales cycles by conducting research, maintaining stakeholder maps, coordinating meetings, and contributing to account plans.

  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and account-based initiatives that generate demand within target accounts.

  • Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting goals while continuously improving your prospecting approach through experimentation and data.

  • Become an expert in AI, software development, and global talent trends so you can speak credibly with enterprise technology leaders.

What Makes This Role Different

We don't see SDRs as a support function—we see them as future enterprise sellers.

You'll receive hands-on coaching from experienced sales leaders, work alongside high-performing Account Executives, and learn how enterprise technology deals are built from first conversation through closed business.

Whether your goal is becoming an Enterprise AE, leading a sales team, or building your own business one day, you'll develop the commercial skills and business acumen that accelerate your career.

About You

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, coachable, and energized by building relationships.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Are early in your sales career and excited to build a long-term career in enterprise technology sales.

  • Love competition and enjoy working toward ambitious goals.

  • Take ownership, move quickly, and thrive in environments where you'll be trusted with responsibility.

  • Are naturally curious and ask thoughtful questions to understand business problems.

  • Build rapport easily and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

  • Are resilient—you see rejection as feedback and remain motivated by long-term success.

  • Enjoy experimenting with new outreach strategies, messaging, and AI tools to improve results.

  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where no two days look the same.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience (internships and sales internships welcomed).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

  • Interest in enterprise technology, AI, or B2B SaaS sales.

  • Experience with CRM or sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, or similar is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work collaboratively in a remote-first environment.

  • Working and living in the UK
