Responsibilities:
AWS Cloud Networking Engineer will be responsible for designing
implementing
and maintaining our global network infrastructure within AWS This crucial role aims to ensure high availability and robust connectivity across our network
supporting the company's operational needs and strategic goals Designing scalable
reliable
and secure network architectures within the AWS ecosystem Collaborating with security teams to enforce network security measures and ensure compliance with internal policies Collaborating with consumer teams to design and develop network patterns based on application requirements Automating network deployments and operations using scripting languages
such as Python
and infrastructure as code tools
such as AWS CloudFormation and Terraform Regularly assessing network performance
address bottlenecks
and provide solutions for network optimization Developing and maintaining disaster recovery strategies and participating in regular DR testing to ensure a rapid response to network outages and failures Monitoring network costs and implementing cost-saving measures where possible to optimize spending Staying informed about AWS networking updates and service offerings
reporting back recommendations to stakeholders
