About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role building and owning the outbound engine at a YC-backed, AI-first HR tech company that recently closed a Series A round. You will manage and grow a team of SDRs, coach them to hit pipeline targets, and shape the outbound function from the ground up at an exciting inflection point in the company's growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage and coach a team of SDRs and BDRs day-to-day, running 1:1s, reviewing calls, and holding the team accountable to pipeline targets.

• Own CRM hygiene, sequence management, and activity tracking across the team using tools including Clay, Amplemarket, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Build and refine outbound playbooks, messaging, and processes as the team scales from 2 to 6 or more reps.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and Account Executives on sales enablement assets, ICP refinement, and campaign strategy.

• Report on team performance and pipeline health to leadership, identifying what is working and driving continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 6 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience, with 1 to 2 or more years managing or leading SDR or BDR teams.

• Proven track record building or scaling an SDR function in an early-stage or resource-constrained environment.

• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and document team performance metrics.

• Proficiency with sales engagement platforms and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, or Apollo.

• Experience building and optimising outbound sales processes, cadences, and messaging.

• Background outbounding to HR buyers or experience in the HR tech space is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with sales analytics, pipeline forecasting, or revenue operations is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: £75,000 to £85,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

About the Role

This is a founding Solutions Engineer role at a Series A R&D SaaS company serving industrial and scientific markets, sitting at the intersection of pre-sales, product, and go-to-market strategy. You will own the full technical narrative in enterprise PLM deals and help define how next-generation PLM products are positioned and sold as they are being built. It is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who wants real agency and upside at a critical growth stage.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery and deliver value-driven demos for enterprise PLM deals in the $200K+ ARR range.

• Own the end-to-end technical narrative in deals, shaping how products are positioned and differentiated.

• Define and build demo environments, messaging, and go-to-market storytelling for new PLM products as they take shape.

• Collaborate directly with founders and product teams in tight feedback loops to influence roadmap and positioning.

• Establish the Solutions Engineering playbook from the ground up, landing key logos in a greenfield market.

• Travel to meet enterprise customers and run on-site demonstrations, including occasional travel to Europe.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of PLM solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or enterprise software sales engineering experience.

• Deep domain expertise in Process PLM or Discrete PLM, with stronger emphasis in Process PLM.

• 5+ years working at a PLM vendor, PLM consultancy, or in an internal PLM or NPI function at a manufacturer.

• Hands-on experience with at least one major PLM platform such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE, Arena, Aras, Propel, or Oracle Agile.

• Proven track record owning technical discovery, demos, and narrative in enterprise deals; comfort with story- and value-driven presentations rather than feature-led walkthroughs.

• Experience defining demo environments and go-to-market storytelling for new or emerging products.

• Familiarity with PLM integration to downstream systems such as ERP, BOM, and CAD.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and R&D platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Willingness to work from San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York and travel approximately 3 to 4 days per month, plus trips to Europe every other quarter.

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Experience with data modeling, APIs, or PLM data migration is a plus.

• Background in a startup or scale-up Solutions Engineering organization is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $120,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

This role is fully remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates based in or willing to work from San Francisco CA, Los Angeles CA, or New York. The primary listed location is London, England, UK; remote candidates in the UK are also considered. On-site travel with enterprise customers is expected.

We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.

Our engineers have sat in GP waiting rooms. They've watched practice managers juggle three systems at once to send a single message to a patient. They build for that person.

What sets our Product Engineers apart is that they own the problem, not just the code. They shape what gets built and how - working with Product, Design and Clinical from the earliest stages - and they stay with the systems they build as they evolve. They bring engineering judgment into product decisions, and product thinking into engineering ones.

Our stack is primarily C# on the backend, TypeScript and React on the frontend, running on Azure. ML/AI work uses Python. We don't expect you to know all of it - we expect you to follow a problem wherever it leads.

What you'll be doing

• Owning features end-to-end: from refining the problem with clinicians and product managers through to architecture, implementation, rollout, and long-term evolution

• Engaging directly with NHS GPs, practice staff and patients to build a genuine understanding of the problems you're solving — research sessions, visiting practices

• Designing architecture and API boundaries with the broader system in mind, not just the immediate surface

• Holding the quality bar for what you ship: not just that the code works, but that the product is reliable, intuitive and safe in a clinical context

• Making the architectural calls that keep our codebase sustainable — improving system health alongside shipping features, not instead of it

• Pushing back constructively when something is wrong, and committing fully when a decision has been made

What experience you need to be successful

• Comfortable building production software across the stack - you might be strongest in backend or frontend, but you can follow a problem across both to own a feature end-to-end

• Proven ability to reason about systems - breaking ambiguous problems into tractable pieces, spotting trade-offs and second-order effects before they become incidents

• Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage problem definition; you shape the work rather than wait for a finished spec
